What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form: name, email, phone (optional), destination, dates, travelers, budget range, occasion and notes. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, propose stays and, if you choose to book, make the reservation. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

Our team. If you book, we share the details needed to make the reservation (such as traveler names and dates) with the hotel and with our host agency partner that confirms bookings.

Storage and retention

Inquiries are stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure (Cloudflare). We keep them as long as needed to respond and to keep booking records, and you can ask us to delete yours.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
