    Once you choose, we make the booking, confirm the perks with the hotel, and arrange transfers or special requests.

What does it cost?

There is no planning fee for hotel bookings. We are paid by the hotel's standard commission, so you pay the hotel's rate for your room. Fees for other services, if any, are agreed with you in writing before you commit.

How does booking work?

You choose from the 2-3 stays we propose. We then make the reservation, and bookings are confirmed through our accredited host agency partner. You receive the hotel's confirmation and a summary of the perks included.

What if I need to cancel or change plans?

Cancellation and change terms follow the hotel's policy for the rate you book. We state that policy in your proposal before you decide, and we help you handle any changes.

Are the perks guaranteed?

No perk is guaranteed until the hotel confirms it. Upgrades are subject to availability. Your proposal lists what is confirmed and what is on request.

Can I book somewhere I have already chosen?

Yes. Send us the hotel and dates, and we will check what we can secure for the stay.

How quickly will I hear back?

A person reads each inquiry and replies by email. Timing depends on volume and trip complexity, and we will tell you what to expect when we reply.
