What we do
Lume Concierge is a travel concierge. We propose hotel stays and arrange bookings and related services on your behalf. Bookings are confirmed through our accredited host agency partner.
Fees
We do not charge a planning fee for hotel bookings. We are paid by the hotel's standard commission. If we ever offer a paid service, we will agree the fee with you in writing before you commit.
Perks
Perks such as breakfast, upgrades, credits, and early check-in or late check-out are what we work to secure. They depend on the hotel, dates and availability, and are not guaranteed until the hotel confirms them.
Cancellations and changes
These follow the hotel's policy for the rate booked. We will state the policy in your proposal before you book.
Prices and availability
Rates and availability can change until a booking is confirmed. A proposal is not a reservation.
Third parties
Hotels and suppliers are independent businesses. Their own terms apply to your stay, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what the law requires.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate traveler details, valid passports and visas, and suitable travel insurance.
